Welcome to the first (of many) warm hearted updates from Albetine.
How are you? It’s a difficult question to answer at the moment, I do hope you are well and hope that you are taking the current lockdown here to rest & retreat when you can.
I paused pressing send on this any earlier than today as I hadn’t quite found my rhythm for the new year especially this one. After the spruce, pine & moss were swept away until next time it brought time to reflect & retreat. My new intentions & self care ritual’s I’ve carved out certainly feel comforting & nourishing reminding myself regularly that rest & retreat is the most powerful thing I can do personally this Winter rather than resolutions or restrictions. Being kind to ourselves is so important.
Florally, there’s a welcome flurry of emails to look forward to in the new year for wedding flowers & cut flower bouquets which are always uplifting receive & read, I love talking flowers! And then the diary continues to fill…
My daily rituals include my botanical love for Neals Yard Remedies Organic (You may well have already picked up on this, if not, heard of the established brand).
